When you write a competition entry, your
readers will be a judge or panel of judges. You will usually have to nominate
somebody for something or propose yourself for selection for something (e.g. a
grant to study). You will have to try to persuade the judges and give reason(s)
why your choice is best.

on your college notice board:

We are offering a prize to students of a
two-week English course in Cambridge next summer. Entrants should explain why
they should be chosen and say:
- what they find most enjoyable about studying
English
- what things they do outside class to improve
their English and
- how they expect to use English in the future.

Since I
became aware of the most beautiful things in this world, I have dreamed being a
lucky person that might win all expenses paid trip around the world and give me
the best and long holidays while I have memory.
Having the good fortune to win this amazing trip around the world I
could present my three deepest longings in my life.
Firstly I
would travel to China, one of the most intelligent and advanced country around
the world, I would like to go there, to know how Chinese culture is developed and
to learn what sort of technologies they have been developing.
Secondly, I
would have a trip in an airplane that have everything such as cruise, where I
could go to a swimming pool, to a beach and many others resorts. I hope that will
generate spaces to relish beverage and other sort of foreign foods.
And finally,
I would go to the United Kingdom, where I could know
many interesting
places. And learn more about English language and culture.
With this
three wishes I would be deeply satisfied and gratified to be able to enjoy this
astounding experience.

Almost always I think about having the most fantastic holidays therefore I wonder myself what would happen if I could win all expenses paid trip around the world and living the most dreamed holidays before I die?. Winning an all-expenses paid trip around the world could be granted the three most hoped wishes in my life.
I have always had the illusion about giving my mother the experience to live an amazing and unforgettable cruise that could be one of the three wishes I would ask because I know that she has always dreamed about a cruise and would like to share one of my wishes with her.
Another fantasy that I have is about giving me the opportunity to know the islands Cancun and the city of Moscow why they are the places I would like to visit before I die. Also, to travel with my partner around the most wonderful places in the world.
The last wishes would be making a family trip through Asia and Europe because sharing adventures in family in one of the most important thing in my life and having fun with them in an all-expenses paid trip that would be an unreal idea.
Having achieved these three wishes I could probably say that I will be die happily and blessed.

ResponderBorrarIn the first place I would travel to Paris, one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, to know the symbol of Paris “the Eiffel tower”, the monuments that stand out at the global level, It’s is one of the wishes that I would like to fulfill.
Secondly I have the illusion of traveling in a cruise with my family and share with them unique experiences that marked my life and have memories forever. I hope that will generate spaces to enjoy delicious dinner, accommodation in a boat and across the ocean.
And finally, the fantasy of visiting Las Vegas "The city of sin", to know this city of entertaining would be the greatest satisfaction to clear your mind with friends and have a good time.
Fulfilling these three wishes I would feel satisfied and pleased to be able to live magical experiences and longed for a long time.
